COVID-19 Update: A Message to our Guests

Greetings from South Gap Hotel in the beautiful island of Barbados!

We hope that you are doing well and that you are safe and healthy.

During these unprecedented times, the safety and security of our incredible team members and our valued guests remain our highest priority. We continue to focus on updates to our policies and procedures to ensure that we will be following the guidelines of local and international health authorities on our reopening next month. We are also working to ensure that your stay with us will be comfortable and that you will continue to enjoy the exceptional service that you have come to know, love and expect during your stay with us.

We also want to assure you that we understand the need for flexibility in planning travel during this time and want our guests to feel confident when booking. Deposits will therefore now be refunded for reservations cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival for guests with flexible reservations.

We recognize that these are challenging times and we are looking forward to welcoming you again soon.
